Smoothies for Weight Loss

Mangoes are the flavour-Est of all the fruits and you can have a lot of mangoes in summer season. But due to its excess sweetness people gain a lot of weight. But you can target your belly fat with the mango smoothie.

Mix one-fourth c mango cubes along with one-fourth c mashed ripe avocados (MUFA) with half c mango juice and one-fourth c fat-free vanilla yogurt. Also add one tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice and one tablespoon sugar. Throw in some 5-6 ice cubes. Mix all the ingredient and blend the mixture. Pour it in a glass of water and garnish it with sliced strawberry or mango. You mango smoothie surprise is ready.

Blueberry Smoothie

Blueberries are really healthy for your health and the MUFA used in preparation of the smoothie really helps you target the belly fat and lose weight. You can replace the smoothie with your lunch or dinner.

Add one c skim milk, with one c frozen unsweetened blueberries along with 1 tablespoon cold-pressed organic flaxseed oil (MUFA) to stir the combination with. Mix all the ingredients in a blender except for flaxseed oil and transfer it to a glass and consume it with flaxseed oil after stirring.

Mix the combination in a blender and blend it for like 1-2 minutes until its smooth. Pour it in a glass of water and stir in flaxseed oil.
